Talking newbie to steroids

Hi, I'm new to steroids. Training for 2 years now, I have been powerlifting without aid of steroids. I weigh 180LB, 5"11 and about 12% bodyfat. As you can see a bit too skinny for my height
but a fair amount of power. Enough of the chitchat, I'm planning a cycle and looking for help. Here it is:

week 1-10 Test Cypionate 400mg a week
week1-4 Dianabol 25mg a day
week 12 Clomid 100mg a day 40mg nolva a day
week 13-14 clomid 50mg a day and nolva 20 mg a day
Nolva will be run throughout the cycle at 20mg a day.

current deadlift 235KG
squat 180Kg
bench100Kg

all this time i thought i was gaining muscle on my chest but it was fat. No wonder my bench is S**t. And i do have the crappy moon face. I wanna make even bigger gains in strength and more muscle mass without retaining fat. I ain't gonna do a cutting cycle, gonna traing even harder in summer for more power.
Can someone give a mods username. I need to do a source check.

Sorry for the long info but i'm a newbie to roids.

welcome mate,

Your cycle looks ok and you should do well on it. Thats a good deadlift. How old are you?

You might not need nolva everyday during you cycle as it might limit your gains as you will hold less water. Every other day should be ok. Or just keep an eye out for any signs of gyno and take it when you need it.

Also I would take some liver protectants like milk thistle or ala.

hi mate, cycle looks ok, refreshing to see someone using very sensible doses for the 1st time!!!! However, your PCT looks a bit funny to me.

1 half life after your last shot of test (cant remember off top of my head what cyp is) do the following:

Day 1- 300mg clomid
Day 2-11 100mg clomid
Day 12-21 50mg clomid

I take tribulus all the way through at 1500mg/day and Zinc at 45mg/day.

hope this helps! Keep cals and protein very high, and you'll grow like a beast!!!

Yeah cycle looks perfect for a first time user, the only thing is as suggested above is drop the nolva as strength gain is your main goal. 400mg of test is unlikey to cause gyno and if it does it will only be from estrogen so nolva will treat it no problems.

hmmm, 20 years old? too young to be using gear mate. You've got so much natural test at your age, id wait off for at least a year. Taking gear that young can mess you up. trust me on that one....

you seem to be doing ok with your lifts without them for the moment so why not wait another year I am sure you can make some more progress without them, but it is up to you.

I know i'm a little young but unlike other newbies i've done a lot of research to kick start natural test and i'll be using tribulus terestris, zinc as well. I'm cautious of the sides i can get but i'm only planning one cycle to kick start me into hyperdrive. When i'm older i'll decide if i want to do more than one cycle a year.

i know it might be hard for you to believe but i love training the hard way, i like old skool training just as an example i love training so hard i T bar row every week 160kg after deads and bent over barbell row. The only reason why i need to do a roid cycle is that early 2003 i had a serious muscle injury. Tore my left glute muscle. Couldn't walk for 2 months and pain didn't leave till september. I got so far behind training, all i need to do is kick start me then back to training how i was.

I will do more than one cycle a year but thats when i'm older.

I think you seem to have done a fair bit of research and seem to know what you want but..... as the others say you will noway only do one cycle. Almost everybody has at some point said the same, i said that before i started my current cycle and now i am so impressed with the gains etc i know there will surely be more to follow. You simply cannot gain like you do when on gear....

good luck either way though mate keep us updated at your progress
