Find it hard to be motivated to talk on forums about bodybuilding/steroids when I can't motivate myself to train and eat right ![]() Going to start into it again next week but it's like starting all over again, I'm in really awful shape at the moment.

after i broke my collarbone i was only out for say 3-4 months but i found it hard to get motivated again and get into a routine - its hard when its not just getting back into the gym but also your diet you need to change also - muscle memory bud - i loved the gains in strength again when i got back into it - and the bf% loss was good too - my metabolism quick started... once you keep a routine up for say a week - you'll remember why you loved it! ![]()
