![]() | I'm thinking of putting off cardio till then to relieve my body of extra strain. I usually do cardio at lunchtime, seperate to my workout.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Just up the anti-oxitants and give the cardio a miss. I always have a rocky week at the start of a cycle, so much so that I dont train the first week anymore, just rest, eat, sleep and dream of the gains to come ![]()

.Also, as has been mentioned above, keep up with your Vit C (slow release is good) as well as your all important Zinc. Best wishes on a speedy recovery.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Deficiencies in zinc will depress the immune system. So supplementing zinc in the diet will avoid this problem (if you are deficient), also deficiencies of zinc will depress testosterone production too. This is a + + to supplement this mineral. Inballance of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids can suppress immune system too. Increasing the Omega 3's in the diet have a good effect on boosting the immune syetem. Fish oils here will be helpfull for that. There are better herbal remedies than Echinacea if I remember Echinacea only enhances the immune system like 37%. From what I have seen Transfer Factor Plus is more potent like 437% more boost in the immune system. Here is the web site so you can check it out for yourself. http://www.transferfactor4nutrition.com/pb/ Golden seal can be helpful here too. Golden Seal contains calcium, iron, manganese, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, B-complex, and other nutrients and minerals. Golden Seal's numerous uses are attributed to its antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. It soothes irritated mucus membranes aiding the eyes, ears, nose and throat. Taken at the first signs of respiratory problems, colds or flu, Golden Seal may help prevent further symptoms from developing. It may be used to help reduce fevers, and relive congestion and excess mucous. Colostrum is good too and can boost IGF-1 also. Garlic is also good for a number of reasons, it helps to kill bacteria, yeast, and lower cholesterol. Another thing that I have noticed with gear is the overproduction of yeast after a cycle. This can be really hard on you and give you skin problems, lethargy, low energy, fatigue. This condition is called Candida albicans. This stuff can be nasty. Colostrums, garlic and oregano oil (the best) can help here. Oregano oil is anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral too. Good stuff and can be used topically as well. Along with those things listed above lactobacillus acidophilus is awesome for keeping overproduction of yeast in check. Those should do it but yeast is tough to get rid of and the herbal rout might be the best approach. If this is not enough side effects of gear high cholesterol after a cycle is going to be a problem as well. Fish oils (yah chef) is going to lower triglicerides, LDL’s, help the prostate and give you the Omega 3’s that I always talk about. Red rice yeast is another thing that should be taken along with the fish oils to help cholesterol big time. Also while we are at it apple pectin is another product that will help with cholesterol. Heck so is garlic and why not take it to kill two birds with one stone?
