tamoxifen
i have read up on pct this time but am only able to use tamoxifen as can only do orals (needle equals divorce) any suggestions as to dosage? im going to do 50mg naps 1 per day for 4 weeks if its relevant?

cheers DB, the great one i have trained on and off for 10yrs diet is cleaner since i joined this site (shamed into it i swear!) am currently 18 stone 9 and 6ft 3" 19% body fat my goal is same weight and 10% fat i had started naps before xmas but came off them as had no pct sorted

IMO i think DBOL is a better choice for a first cycle (i assume it is) and all u need is 20-30mg ED for 4 to 6 weeks (i would do 6) then follow it with PCT and ur done! but if ur gonna use naps then half it, just take 25mg ED for 6 weeks (IMO u will gain plenty on that)

by naps do you mean naposim or anapolon? tbh its much of a muchness, and along the same as db, along with the tribulus, you could try some zma aswell.

our board streches far and wide, i wish people would use full names of products it would stop confusion, we all have our own names for stuff, depending on who we get it from and where we come from.

oxy not really gona help with fat loss tho, its used for bulking...Anavar would be a good choice for maintaining strength/size while your dieting.

My advice would be to go with tbol, anavar or winstrol if you are cutting - you will hold far too much water on the likes of dbol or anadrol.

Absolutely However anavar is very expensive, fantastic if you afford to run it at 75-100mg a day, but unless you've got very deep pockets id go for the tbol, or winstrol..
