![]() | sust 250 vs test enanthate for 1st cycle Hi guys New here but have been reading the posted messages for a while as I have been thinking about doing a first cycle. Yet another one of those questions! I know! Well, before I go on, I would like to say that I have not yet positively decided that AAS is the way to go for me and so your informed feedback would be very welcomed! My stats: 40y 6ft1 170lbs 32w 42c On the skinny side I know. Although I am not totally unhappy with what I have achieved through hard work over the years, I know I would feel much more motivated if I could actually see a bit more of results. I have been training continuously for about 12 years now (usually 4 to 5 days p/w) and although I keep improving my definition, to gain mass is a different story altogether. I have now decided to really pay more attention to my diet and try to put on as much weight as possible naturally b4 I do 1st cycle, particularly the amount of protein foods I eat. I tried taking only dbol for a while but that did not get me very far and I really felt it the liver! I recently talked about it to a bodybuilder I know takes gear at my gym who suggested I tried sust only as a first cycle and so I went and got the following: sust 250 x10 amps nolva x 30 tabs clomid x 20 tabs Was thinking of stacking Sust and d-bol but having read several msgs posted here, I am now thinking that sust is perhaps not the best option as a first cycle. The consensus seems to be that test enanhtate stacked with decca would be best. Comments welcomed. |

I would be willing to bet my ass that you could make some REALLY decent gains still without steroids by adjusting your diet and training routine to one that will provide you with more solid gains. However, if you're adamant that you want to run a cycle now, click the link in my sig and use the test enan / dbol cycle listed in there. It's a proven tried-and-tested cycle. |

![]() | Think you are probably right Big. Had a good look at your link & I will be making sure I have the correct diet and training routine for a couple of months before considering doing gear. Will ensure I am getting through the usual 2gr protein & 4gr of carbs p/lb of body weight. Also suspect I have been overdoing it at gym as I have been training 4-5 days p/week on average. This week I will be going through a new routine with one of the trainners at the gym to make sure I do not overtrain. thanks for advice. |
