WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I JUST STAY ON ??

hi,

im on my first cycle of deca 250 and apex all test 350. my original plan was a 19 week cycle, but what would happen if i decided to stay on till this time next year, to make sure i can get the body i want before coming off and losing some. i might as well get there the whole way first then come off. why do people think this is so bad

It will be difficult to recover (that said, it's difficult to truly recover from any cycle), and you risk a higher chance of getting sides the longer you stay on.

That said, I've been on for 15-16 weeks currently and have absolutely no intentions of coming off any time soon nor have any sides yet except for a couple of spots here and there. However, I wouldn't advise staying on for 19 weeks on your first cycle. I would also recommend you figure out, through experience, how your body reacts to different drugs before thinking about staying on for long periods.

However, if you think you can stay on for a year, then come off and not lose too much, you're being naive.

then youll have one hell of a time recovering!! if you cant recover your HPTA function, then the gains youve made will slip away and youll be back at stage one...... if your lucky.

TBH stick to shorter cycles. (max 12 wk, i prefer 8) and have the same time off. recovery is easier thus you keep more gains.

remember, this is your first cycle. keep it simple

Personally Id throw anything and everything at it, and have a big box of tissues handy for when you break down in tears...:boohoo:

Why are you determined to stay on so long?

If you were more experienced it say slin/gh to help keep the gainds but my advice would really be come off sooner and do a standard clomid/nova pct with some trib..

U may do due to a result of PCT not being correct and or not recovering HPTA function, IMO you should stick to a max of 12 weeks on and 8 off epescially for a first timer, and see how you react on cycle, and this way you will kno how a longer cycle will affect you.

Absolutely..

Remember it aint a race mate, Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will you be.

Its gona take you longer to recover and during that longer period you will lose more.. no doubt about it,, plus with long cycles you tend to stop gaining after a while.. certainly you see little improvement after maybe 12 weeks...

Big said it right before "stay on until you stop gaining or the gains slow right down" you then have two options come off or increase the dose.. and the second aint really th best option, better to come off, recover and go again..

You can maintain the majority of your gains post cycle with slin/gh/ILGF but those are not really things you need to consider at this stage...

IF you do, I would start taking HCG 500 iu every 3 days. Also, change all compounds to keep the gains going. Still not advisable, but if you must.

you should have done more research into it before starting if you dont know enough about steroids to know how long you should stay on for, you shouldnt have started to begin with........ something like this needs alot of research and time gone into it, i wont be doig anything like this for a while, how long have tyou been training etc? you sound a bit like some guys i hear down the gym, they do down and talk about goin on steroids and they train twice a month or somthing silly, they dont have a clue and from the questions your asking i dont think you have a clue either

i have been using AAS for 17yrs and i would consider myself to be pretty experienced when it comes to Bodybuilding Drugs my last course was 30 weeks long i researched it fully before hand.

i also planned my PCT before i even started it in my opinion i did everything i could do on my PCT....i am now 6months, 2 weeks and 1 day without any AAS and i am just now starting to recover....

Yes you feel great at the moment and yes i know how it feels never to want to come off but if you want to be healthy and progress you need to come off NOW and put as much effort and focus into your PCT plan as you have done into the course.
If you don't then you might as well have thrown your money down the drain.

This is just my opinion but if you do come off and do a good PCT you will thank me one day...

you will need to source the following.

HCG
Clomid
Creatine
Tribullas
ZMA

The plan
HCG = for the last 2 weeks of your course do 500iu's eod and continue this for 2 weeks after your cycle has finished.

Clomid = Once the AAS you are using clears your system for you it will be approx 3 weeks use clomid in this manner.
day 1 = 200mg
day 2-11 = 100mg
day 12-21 = 50mg

Creatine = the day after your last jab start taking 5g first thing in the morning along with 5g post workout

Tribullas = take 4 x 250g per day from the day after your last jab

ZMA = take the required serving 10min b4 bed from the day after your last jab.

Diet:
Keep your protein high and cut your carbs slightly keeping your diet clean will help maintain lean muscle and avoid putting on excess fat.

Training:
Lower the intensity of your training slightly to approx 80% of max to avoid any injures as you cannot train as hard or intense whne off cycle as you can when on a course.

hope this all helps but this is just my take on PCT there are plenty other ways of doing it i am sure the other guys will chip in.
