![]() | appendix out (no training for me ) cycle advice Hi guys, I'm after a little advice. I have just got back into my training again after a 5 1/2 week break due to having my appendix out. It was the most frustrating 5 weeks of my life, cabbaging on the sofa watching trisha (cant believe i just admitted to that). Anyway as i said i have just gone back to the gym and do seem to have lost quite a bit of strenght. I have also dropped nearly a stone in weight which i'm really peeeeeeed off about. (down to 14"3 from 15"2). Also aching like hell from my last 2 training sessions due to the big break i've had. In total from my last steroid cycle it has been 8 weeks. In your experience would you advise me to ease back in to the gym for a few weeks then start my course or could i get straight back on a course and hopefully find that strenght i once had ? Look forward to your replies. Ben:lift: |

You have got to give that area time to fully heal up before you start going squats or deadlifts etc else your asking for trouble. I really wouldn't start a cycle now, stay light and just go for the pump with a view to maintaining not gaining. Just try and stay the same for a few months and maybe up the cardio and lean right out.. |
