keeping weight off...

Hey guys, i know the theme of most of my posts involves cutting weight, but here is another one:
What kinds of things should I be doing in the gym in order to maintain or even increase strength while still trying to cut weight (still have about 10-15 pounds to go). I'm going to start T3 and Clen stack right away to accompany my Winny-Var-Eq cycle I have going. Lemme know guys.

Eat plenty of protein and lift heavy (intense) but with very low volume. This is a good recipe for maintaining (or even gaining) strength while cutting.

low reps...

So I should be lifting fairly low reps, and pretty much trying as much weight as I can handle....that I can do....I had it all wrong with my other program, I think this one will benefit big time, thanks a lot man, my workouts were ****ing terrible before with light weight and heaps of reps, cheers.
