Any thoughts?
My friend, 30 years, 193cm, 86kgs, wants to take a cure (first timer) i reccomended.....

1-8 10mgs d-bol per day
1-8 250mgs sustanon per week
1-8 50mgs winstrol twice per week

Any thoughts?
What should his pct be and how much per day?

not sure about the winny mate but a couple of people on here have said that this is a good first cycle

1 - 4 30mg d-bol ed
1 - 8 500mg sus pw

would not like to say anything about pct cause im not sure but i am sure that some of the guys on here will be able to help

Yeah, robdog is pretty right there.

Could just try test on its own like

Wk 1-8 = sust @ 500mg EW

Just remember to tell your mate about nolva and clomid etc, as he will need them.

He will have tamoxifen, 20 mgs per day, but how long after the cycle should he begine, and will that be enough?

Use the winny week 9-12 before you stare PCT

This will harden up your gains and help with body Comp.

Not worth running during a bulker really. Also will do next to nothing if you only run it twice a week - Needs to be ran ED or EOD at the most

Keep it simple for a first cycle, do

sust 500mg PW weeks 1-8
d-bol 30mg ED weeks 1-6

start clomid or nolva 3 weeks after the last shot of sust
