![]() | OK, here's my meagre CV: I don't count my very first as most of the gear was fake and I was also very ill mid cycle so I bailed out. It was, rather ashamedly, dbol and deca tho. My first real cycle was: dbol @ 30mg ED wks 1-4 Deca @ 200mg E4D wks 1-8 Enan @ 250mg E4D wks 1-8 Winny @ 50mg ED wks 8-11 ... I went from 16 to 18 stone with some extra BF and water, after clomid I was about 17,6. But I then ran clen and eph to get to a cut 16. My current 2nd cycle is: Test Enan @ 750mg pw wks 1-9 ... I used a frontload and am currently in week 7 up to 17,7. For the next 2 weeks I intend to get better composition rather than much bigger. My proposed 3rd cycle will most likely be: Test Prop @ 100mg EOD wks 1-8 Tren @ 50-75mg EOD wks 1-6 (maybe a bit longer if it lasts) Winny @ 50mg ED wks 3-8 ... I will be using it to bulk, but to keep all gains lean hopefully. There you go fellaz. Dirty P.S: like the new board Paul. |

| here's mine... 1st cycle.... weeks 1-6 200mg Norma Deca weeks 1-6 20mg dbol I do not recall my weight increase, but everyone I knew mentioned that I got alot bigger. 2nd cycle.... Weeks 1-8 400mg IP Deca 400 Weeks 1-8 300mg IP Sust 300 Results: All i have to say is it was IP :( 3rd cycle... Weeks 1-6 80mg IP tren EOD Weeks 1-8 500mg IP Cyp./wk Results: Max bench up 30lbs. Weight whent from 170-186. I was dissapointed with my results because I did not see much of a size increase. But what can you do, it took me 2 times to realize that IP sux. Next cycle Wk 1-10 500mg Sust 250 (Organon) Wk 1-10 400mg Eq (Quality Vet Bol 200) Wk 1-4 50mg Drol ed ( British Dragon) Wk 7-12 100mg Winstrol Depot (Quality Vet Stan 100) 1/2 Tab Aremidex throughout |

| bro iam not trying to be an ass but seriously u use to much gear. like the androl plan 50mg is way more than enough for atleast a couple of cycles. The var shouldnt exceed 50mg until along way down the road dont let every one tell u that u need high doseages to make good gains. |

![]() | That would be a really hard one to remember Paul but before I started juicing I was 10 stone. I am a true ectomorph with a turbo charged metabolism and find gaining weight very hard but easy to lose. My diet mostly consists of junk! yep Burger kings, KFC's, ice-cream and about 4 weight gain shakes a day. If I drop my calories even for a few days then I drop weight. If I manage to gain and keep 4-5lbs on a cycle then I am happy I change my workout every 8 weeks so I can't really say what I was doing at each time but my normal is Mon Legs Tue chest & Bi's Thur Back & traps Fri Shoulders & Tri's
