Best taken in the style of 2 weeks clen then 2 weeks eca etc. Doing it like this works damn well mate. Clen start at 2 tabs day 1 work up 1 tab per day until you can't tolerate the shakes once you reach that point drop back one tab and maintain until the end of the two weeks.

| I took clen and ECA last year. I ran them together. 2 weeks on and 2weeks off with the clen and ran the Eca the 2 weeks I was off the clen, just rotate them. The reason is that if you take the clen for a long period of time and then suddenly stop taking it b/c your out you'll gain most of the weight back. Thats why the ECA is good its not as strong and it heelps when coming off. Any questions send me a PM |
