![]() | Test doses 250 or 500 per wk? After picking many of your brains over the last few months I've decided to do another cycle. I'm 29, 5ft 7, 155lbs with around 12-13%bf and have done several cycles before. Diet is clean but may be lacking calories (will address this). My questoins are: Should I do 250 or 500 mgs per wk? Is this dependant on, or have any relationship to weight? I may use some oral winny towards the end before pct, when and what duration do you recomend? I plan on using nolva for my PCT, what doses and exactly when after my last jab (2 or 3 wks?). I also plan on using ZMA Trib and creatine with PCT. Many thanks. |

Could you post up your diet and training routine, as at your height with several cycles until your belt, you should weigh a fair wedge more than 155 IMO.

In past years my training (with wieghts at least) has been on/off. However I've now been training constant for over a year. I started off (a year ago) at 155 and 20%BF and now I'm still 155 but with 13.2%BF (when I started with wieghts at 19 I was 9 1/2 stone!). Diet as follows: Eating every 4-5 hours (trying to make it every 3) Breakfast: Oats with semi skimed milk plus protien shake made with skimmed milk. Multi vit. Lunch: Two chicken breasts and veg. Sometimes 500g of lean mince with chilli. (have just started to add carbs back in, so pasta/rice would also be included) Late afternoon snack: Chicken and salad wrap and protien bar or shake Dinner: Similar to lunch. Sometimes have a MRP with dinner for extra calories. Really want to improve diet but time dictates otherwise. Running two companies, though very profitable, takes a vast amount of my time! Training: Monday. shoulders & triceps. 20 min cardio (HIIT) Tuesday. 30 min Cardio (HIIT) Wednesday. Back & biceps 20 min cardio (HIIT) Thursday. Abs lower back 30 min cardio (HIIT) Friday. Chest NO cardio Saturday. Legs & abs (cant do cardio after legs!) Sunday. rest and eat whatever I like. Goal: 168lbs (12 stone) 10%BF. mantain health & fitness! | |

![]() ![]() ![]() | cant cover it all here mate, better off it the diet forum, but bang in the good fats, udos oil, snack on nuts etc, and wheres the eggs? And have a cheat day.Get your diet sorted and your body used to eating more frequently and dealing with the extra cals BEFORE you start your cycle.. You will respond much better that way.. Go for 500mg a week,, keep the cardio low intensity...

That looks like alot of cardio to me but anyway. I would like to see what kindof volume you are doing too. You might be overtraining and with the cardio burning way too many cals to maintain lean muscle mass. Why dont you just shoot 250 every 4-5 days. Androgens give me some high blood pressure so you dont want to figure this out down the road. As above your diet needs some good fats in it.

Cardio is good for your heart, and when you're eating/training/injecting like bodybuilders do, plenty of cardio is laudable. Instead up the protein and the calories. You can squeeze a good 2-3 more meals in there easy dude ![]()

![]() | I want to keep the cardio. I'm not approaching this strictly from a bodybuilders standpoint. It's part of a total fitness programme. I'll up the calories, trying to fit in 2-3 more meals per day. I'll start taking fish oils, love nuts so will have a handful with breakfast. I already have a cheat day, where if it's not nailed down, I'll pick it up and eat it! I've decided on 500mg dose per wk 250 Sun 250 Wed Many thanks for all your help and for pointing me in the right direction ![]() |
