Apex or British dragon? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I have the choice of either british dragon EQ or Apex EQ. Does anybody have first hand experience with any of the two mentioned, that could reccomend? or even tried both then you can tell me which is best...lol

The cost is very similer, british dragon slightly more expensive.

personaly i would go with BD over Apex personal pref thats all

out of the two i would pay the extra and get BD

if you could get GL it would be as good as BD but poss cheeper

just a reminder to keep actual prices to yourself ok

I'll re-iterate what these guys have said: BD all the way. There have been postings on here a while back suggesting that Apex stuff is now being slightly in some cases, as it once was being slightly OVER-dised, probably to try and attract clientelle. Long story short, BD is your safe choice.
