G'day again guys,

Someone from overseas tell me that gear is decriminalised here. Is that true? I hav emy doubts. What is the law here with gear?

You can own it (within reason), you can use it - its just illegal to sell it.

you can use it, it is alowed , but is you trying to sell steroids it is banned !
most of countries have same steroids law!

Okay here is a question, it says "It is not illegal to possess them for your own use, or to import them for your own use..." so its not illegal to order say overseas for your own? Secondly how do they know you're not selling it to anyone else?

for them to think your selling it big beef, u must be ordering s*** loads of gear. which is unlikely. even if u were selling its very hard to prove as typical "steroid users" normally have quite alot of gear for cycles.

you shouldnt really need to import it, there are plenty of decent guys in the uk you can buy from

bit stupid really, but its ok with me lol, your allowed them, but people arnt allowed to sell them, except get them from over seas, so if your allowed to do that, why are the uk goverment purposely loosing out on the VAT they could cripple people for?

yeah well being new here I don't know anyone and I don't really want to wait till i meet someone and get to know them and see if they are trust worthy. I'll just use my mate's contact....at least i know its good **** i'm getting.

Just remeber that that is the Law as stated by the Police, Customs & Excise are the guy's who control it coming into the Country and their interpertation will be different from Officer to Officer. So what one may say is personal use another may disagree. I doubt you would find any official info on the amounts and it would be at the discreation of the Officer at the time.

Friend of mine just spoke to a customs officer after trying to claim back his lost package and customs tell a slightly different story to the police - they say that its illegal to import full stop whether its for personal use or whatever.

heres their take on the subject.

So there are two conflicting opinions - police say it is legal to import for your own use - and customs say that it isnt.

Now im defiantly confused!!
