Clenbuterol dosage - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

hey guys,
I'd like some advice for a friend...AND YES IT IS A FRIEND

Can anyone tell me what dosage one should take for weight loss...how long should you be on them for...i read that it dosage should be around 60mcg to 120mcg and cycle should be around 2-3 weeks?

Do you need to taper up/down?

For someone new to clen I'd taper up to asses tolerance.. start on 40mcg then up it by 20mcg everytime you feel the need to. Highest I've went is 200mcg but I have a fairly decent tolerance of stims.

Highest I'd recommend is 140mcg and no need to taper down. Common consensus is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off..

I ran clen, mon-fri for 5 weeks with good results.

There's no correct dosage. It's how much you handle mate.
The shaking can become horrible if you go too high, as does the nervousness it can cause.

Take it easy, is my main bit of advice..!

Also, it's not a wonder drug, so diet and cardio should be applied.

why taper down? i havent heard of tapering down before
