    first time Dianabol user

    Hi all im planning on starting on dianabol soon *************i want to be certain that what im buying is good stuff not fake with loads of crap shoved in with it

    i plan to just take it on its own for at first a few 4 week cycles to see how it goes..are all the anti-aestrogens the same? *****************************

    also have you got any other helpful tips that could be useful?

    no sources here matey im sure you'll find some reliable if you look hard enough. stay away from websites,stick to forums. not all anti-e's were created equal ;) the OTC will in general (imo) be weaker. there are two that have stood the test of time. clomid and nolvadex. some people prefer clomid, some nolva. tips? post up your diet, training so we can see if you're 'ready' as such. TW

    ahh ok...ive looked quiet a bit for d bol but just keep coming across US sites
    people openly do it on here so im sure someone could point me in the direction of a good supplier?

    my diet..well i couldnt say how many grams of protein and carbs i get each day but i eat well

    People wont direct you to a supplier and requesting they do will leave you wide open to be scammed.

    You need to do a lot more research before you consider steroids.

    am i right in saying you need to be under a certain BF to do D-Bol? some people say it doesnt matter and some say u need to be under around 17% BF?

    Thats a really loaded question, it really depends why you are taking it. Powerlifters often can carry extra fat and it doesn't matter too much so for them they would do a cycle with higher BF%.

    The trouble is you are likely to out on fat as well as muscle and then it is very hard to burn fat and preserve muscle.

    If you want to look buff, lose some of the fat first

    yea basically looking to get big, so looks like ill be needing to lose some weight first then

    The answer to this question is actually yes.
    I mean not exactually yes but let me explain.

    A leaner guy taking gear will put on less bodyfat on cycle than that of a higher bodyfat guy.

    A higher bodyfat guy can lose more bodyfat faster with less lean muscle mass loss than a leaner guy.

    This is why I will answer yes.

    But if a guy wants to get bigger and stronger than I would say no but the fatter guy will get fatter too.

    Some of the best results I have ever seen is when a lean guy takes gear. They just tend to explode.
    Especially when overfeeding.
    This puts the body in huge anabolism.

    I cant do this as I am already overweight so I have to keep the calories lower and thus less gains.

    Many problems with guys not getting bigger is they either dont get enough food or dont get enough of the good food.
    Its not the gear, it is not eating enough for muscle growth.
    This is another reason I suggested the answer of yes.

    Or, this is how I would do it for the reasons above, which by the way is why I am dieting.

    ur doctor can do the bodyfat part. and just somethin to think about bro, i've heard of some people that are VERY unsatisfied with a Dbol only cycle, might wanna think about throwin some test in there somewhere bro.

    ahh ok nice one man..i got some bsn nitrix too but dunno wot sorta difference thats gonna make...ill look into it some more when i lose some pounds

    BSN Nitrix isnt used to lose weight mate, its for pumps, vascularity (which you wont get with high BF) and Recovery.

    Hydroxycuts, BSN Thermonex, SAN Tight, etc are all fat burners.

    Post up your diet and stats mate, im sure we can help you out more

    yea i know its not for fat burning but i still get good pumps despite havin a bit higher BF and i just wanted some meaner pumps!
    do those fat burners actually work?
