hey gang, jus writing to let u know how the BPO british went today-there were some monster lifter there including big Dean Bolt. big pete lifted impresivly too.

I had a totasl of 540 up from 475, first time with my suits only had em a week, started off on a light squat as my coatch sed that they were v stickt on depth so i opend on 150, that shot up so i wen for 170 again it was easy so my final was 195 (PB)it come up easy

bench i opend on 110 then went to 120(PB) and finished on 130(PB)

dead lift opend on 180 then went for 195 - but they loaded the bar to 200 (pb) pulled it pritty easy then went for a big time pb of 215 (30 higer than what i pulled b4!) and it come up too!

well chuffed and won mu catagorie and got a huge torphie too

well done mate aint it nice when you have a good comp makes all the effort worth while....congrats and enjoy...

sorry i was second flight, so i didnt get to see many of anyones lifts. howd you like it?

no m8 im a short ass with brown hair lol. i was coatched by reagan bald bloke with tattoos, soz m8 i thought u were the bloke u thought i was lol

i didnt realise u bombed out soz to here that but like u sed its gwd for the experiance. what shirt u currently using? i got the titan f6 it put 25kgs on my bench was well happy

was lookin round to see if i could see you, but didnt know who i was lookin for, glad i didnt ask that kid if he was you then!

i got a titan fury, great shirt and such a bounce its unreal. but the groove isnt natural, pressed 190kg easy loads more left. just failed the 3 on touch

there was a 3rd flight lifter named Dave Squaires and hes awesome (845 tot, he wasnt happy,lol). ive known him for a while, and im gonna see if i can get under his wing and have a coach.

superb lifts and a worth title holder, so you off to the euros then??

i dunno if im gong to the euros cos i aint got no 1 comming with me lol, im still inexperianced lifter see i dun think i been compeeting a year yet lol. id be well pleased with a 845 tot lol aww well there no pleasing sum ppl lol

blood pressure or bench press???

i take it as being bpress, its not in the rules. when you inhale to the stomach, the area under the solaplexus expands, thats the recommended region.

like big sed! i tend to bring it dow to my lower chest (around by the n!pple)as i find this is the higest part of my body when i am benching (try to get a gwd arch see).:lift:

good man, hotel rooms are only about £30 a night so its not expensive dunno if itll be flight or ferry but either way it aint gonna be much
