![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | sliced US competitor thread from a while back - anyone remember? A while back, I think when James was prepping for the Arnold, there was a link to a thread on another board of a US athlete who was absolutely shredded. I think he was a middleweight amateur. Bit of a vague outline to give, but does anyone remember it? James L posted about it and I thought it was in his Arnold journal but can't find it. In hope... Righty.

Thanks - I'm making a little montage for the gym wall of properly sliced people. We have a fair few competing this year from the gym and sliced pics are about the best motivation we can all have. Plus I want to read his journal and see where he went wrong - his condition slid between a few days out and on the day and, although still sliced, he didn't quite retain his crazy crispness.

Last year was simply dry and "in condition". This year will be more shredded. I know the mistakes made last year and they simply won't exist this year. The plan is to have gained 2kg over and above the actual tissue I had last year, then lose an additional 2.5-3kg of hidden fat and fluid over and above last year and turn up silly dry at 79.9kg this year.

As soon as i saw him on the muscular development site against the other guys i knew hed beat everyone, he should be pro already. Hes a model on musclegallery aswell, mind you so is tarik elzuli (or whatever his name is). There were a few guys that shone in that muscular development cover contest thing. James l looked great aswell but being unbiased there were probably 2-3 guys who were better than him imho. Although obviously i wanted james to win and he has a fantastic physique anyway. But eduardo and tarik looked better. Eduardo was easily the best and im not suprised he won, his back is awesome, tiny waist, chest is great and has amazing peaked biceps, wicked arms and proportionate legs. Wicked physique! |
