My fiance and I have recently started on our new body building path, following the strictest diet programs set out by a fellow body building competitor, we are doing very well and have already made some fantastic gains and hope to continue to our goals.. we have to eat quite a few eggs over the week between us and obviously have mainly egg whites therefore we throw away enough egg yolks to feed half of africa with cake... is there a powdered substitute that we could use to make scrambled egg or omlettes or is the waste just a pure must. Alternativley is there something that I can make with these spare ones that I can actually eat that isnt outside my diet plan like CAKE...
