Yup Kai was looking good, his waist isnt 'big'....yet - I think he needs to keep an eye though as it does seem noticeably bigger than last years.

Personally, I like David Henry's physique - glad these 202 classes have been bought in, just a shame he came 2nd last night

I havent seen Ben White in competition photos before so I am quite impressed by the above pics. However I saw him on a MDTV vid and I switched off half way through as the guy seemed an idiot.
