once i have finished competing this year we can concentrate on Scott's weaker bodyparts but overall mass i what we are after plus bringing out the detail in his back and quads which you can do in the off season has it is mainly down to exercises you use....

Thats quite low numbers for protein/carbs/fats etc. Im on bout that n am 82kg. How have u worked the numbers out scott?? Hope alls well n well done for 1st place!!!

had a bad week guys so a little update.

my chest infection has stepped up a gear and im coughing so hard in my sleep that ive either torn my rear intercostals or cracked/dislocated ribs.

was in hospital at 4am last nite and have been signed off work for 7-10days and told not to train.

wot a pain!

im in agony, seriously i cannot bare the pain at times.

hopefully it will get better now im dosed rite up on numerous antiinflamatories and painkillers!

Get well soon mate. Don't sweat the break from training. At your level of development i think a couple of weeks can only prime you for more growth.

Scott is unfortunate this has happened but in a way it is best it has happened now and not in 2-3 weeks time, we will be getting things started in 2 weeks time after the Britain so by then he should be fully rested and healed and ready to go...

yeh im fully dosed up now, pain is easing, but coughing feels like a knife going in my back.

ok.....trained today after almost 3 weeks off cos of my back.
i only did biceps and calves but its a start.

going to ease myelf back into it all this week, and will be talking to paul in a week or so to get organised.
