Posing For Comps

Right,

I didnt know what thread to stick this in, if it needs moved can a mod move it please.

Simple Question - Should you be smiling when posing when doing comps??

i Did the Prolab Classic(pics in show's/Competition Forum) and in some pics im smiling which make the poses look good, some i aint. So what do you guys do when posing Smile OR Not??

What do you want the pose to convey? Can you smile without looking false? etc etc. Probably best to get some pics and look over em, decide what looks good with what pose and go from their. Also will obviously depend on your overall presentation / personality, music and routine!
