Took 2nd in the Prolab Classic Novice 2008(Pics)
Well i Keep Quiet about competing this year, i did the Prolab classic yesterday, and took 2nd, so im really happy with the Result. I know my weak parts, so they'l be getting worked on. What you think of the pics guys/girls. More pics will follow soon.

Legs Dude. i tore my right quad you can see the bump on my right leg, thats scare tissure so legs are my weakest part, along with my tri's i think.

Cheers Jeff, yeah it was a cracking show mate, i was more relaxed for the night show with more people there for some reason, pre judging i was a shiveing wreck.

Tell u what the Burger u seen me destroying was heaven. lol

No dude,

I did the natural thing for 9 years before i decide it was time to move on, took me a while to decide though. Did alot of reading more reading and even more reading before i made the step up. seems like alot of people are not doing enough of this.
