Wade Wins NABBA SE Class 4 and Overall!!! - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

As I have been a close friend of Wade's for over 3 years now I just wanted to say a massive well done for winning the NABBA SE Class 4 and the overall, its about fcuking time!!!!!!!!!

This is the first overall Wade has won in the UK and I am hoping it is the first of many to come. It was a tough overall with Andy Pinnock pushing him all the way as a well deserved Class 2 winner.

Finally between us we found a method that brought him in full and tight and it really was simplicity itself; some white spuds, lots of water and a little vit C. This brought him in full, tight and dry without the risks associated with diuretics.

Wade was around 90% for this one and with around 3-4lbs to come off his physique, he'll be ready to do battle at the NABBA Finals later this month.

Once home I will post a few pics up of him on stage and back stage and yes if you look carefully Wade is actually smiling....Now thats a fcuking first too!!!!!

WELL DONE MATE. No-one is prouder than Caroline, Me, Bobby and Phil.

Yet another UKM superstar!!!!
