Cheers Paul mate,i've gotten a lot tighter since then tho i forgot to take my camera to the gym the other night to take some shots (diet head lmao) Not carbing up or anything for this show,just gonna run thru it and do carb deplete for the nabba scottish the following weekend.

| Re: Prolab Classic Lochgelly naw mate the protan is different,its just an undercoat,put cple coats on today and tomoz then a layer of dreamtan on before hit the stage. never used the jantana stuff,my wee junior pal is using the jantana showtan mouse as his undercoat so be good to see what it looks like. Pure nervous as fck now lol usual,only had cple hours sleep past cple days,its murder!
