He looks like hes coming in really well, his shoulders are massive.

Im really annoyed im not doing the south east show now :(

First i had a mild back injury that healed, then i got flu...then i started coming in nicely but last week i caught a virus at my gf's place, was puking/diaorhea etc for 3 days and couldnt eat a friggin thing.

Every time i have to train for something important this happens to me, it just takes the p*ss. Gonna do a later show instead though.

That guy looks great, his condition is coming in v well, he should do v well in the heavyweights at the south east this year, surely he'll get his invitation to the british.

Deeeeeeeaanoooo!!

Hacks he is in his late 30's mate and is 6 foot 2" I think his physique has changed so much since he last stepped on stage which he had a 40" waist this time round better quality mass and sporting round about a 34" waist sets that taper and big frame off nicely
