 | Re: Nabba North West I,m doing the over 40's. Did first timers last year,great venue brilliant show. Did u say there are 23 in the first timers again. Elbow room only backstage boys. Weve got 2 under 21's ,3 first timers ,1 novices,1 class 3,1 in 40,s and 2 in over 50's from our gym. |

| Re: Nabba North West cheers chem,went to see phil carlon the other day and he reckons i'm looking better than before. feel like **** at moment but he told me its just part of the diet. phil mentioned that he reckons i should do mr's? i reckon i might be out of my league....wat do you think. do you know if i can decide on the day wat class to do? |

| Re: Nabba North West i think you should do the Novice mate why jump a class when you dont need to. I think you will stand a very good chance of winning your class at the britain as a novice although i dont think class 3 is out of your league i do beleive that placing in a very tough class 3 at the Britain is a tough task....not meant as an insult mate..... I dont see the advantage in jumping to the Mr class

| Re: Nabba North West got my tickets delivered today. taking the girlfriend along to try to persuade her bodybuilders aren't mean. so be nice guys! a few lads from the gym i use are competing, marsbar is as he has said, 2 juniors (i think) and a mr class 2. |
