Looking good Paul but personally I think the GH gut ruins the overall look/symmetrics which is a shame. Can you bring this back in, or once it "happens" does it generally stay?

I think it will go in time personally, having seen massive pros with distended stomachs stop training and shrink, distended stomachs seem to shrink too...

Personal opinions are Ok but something which would be taken as an insult by any competitive bber on here is not the best thing to say.

I'll let Paul comment when he gets back on but I can say for sure that I've never regarded his stomach as a GH Gut.

GH Guts are largely to do with overconsumption of food which distends the intestine because of the amount of food processing that needs to be done. Normally once a guy stops competing this would shrink back to normal size.

The organ enlargement debate is also an issue but I've yet to see documented evidence to confirm this theory.

Like I said I didnt really mean it as an insult to you but lots of people see genetic structuring and immediately say a detrimental comment.
