cheers guys, the Overall was won by the class 3 winner he was very good the feedback i got was that it was close between him and me so that is good as i am dieitng to hit the britain....

I have to say a huge thanks to Tom Blackman who spent the whole day making sure i was tanned/pumped up and ready to go...thank you mate your help was really appreciated.....

Having some one like Tom with you through the day is essential in my eyes he really put me first all day which kept the stress off, plus my little girl loves him

i have some pics that i will put up later they are not great but you will get the idea of my condition..

Great result Paul, you were unlucky not to get the overall, your legs were way in front of anyone else's.

Scott, you looked awesome, and impressed a lot of people, by the time your get to the british... it could be yours!?

All of the MR classes were very close, especially class 3, Paul Powers was unlucky not to take class 3.

No problem at all Paul, happy to help you.

The overall was very tight in my eyes.

The Class 3 winner and overall winner Brad Burrows was a proper thick big guy, although he needs to pose with his legs more to complete the package he was VERY lean. I thought Paul presented an overall more complete package but Brad was just a bit leaner (as Paul has said he is dialed in for 4 weeks time) and had a very imposing physique.

Ithought Paul was much drier this year than last and definately displayed more muscle size and thickness which was visible in his X Frame. Paul looked granite hard on stage and with the 7lbs off for the Britain he will be VERY GOOD.

I had a good day, was very hectic as I was with Paul most of the day helping him prep plus I got p*ssed the night before which didnt help

Also a special mention has to go to Paul Power who was 2nd in the Class 3. The guy had just recovered from a torn bicep and knee replacement I believe and he looked the business on stage, proper dedication from that man.

I had loads of pics from the day but I thought this one summed it up nicely.
