UKBFF free posing time - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Does any body here know if the ukbff have a set alocated time for your free posing routine? As my mixed music is 1 minute 40 seconds.

I would check with the show promoter. At the Welsh we allow 1min 30sec and everyone poses at the night show - I know this is not the case at all qualifiers - check first!

as already stated, in the qualifiers, the time may vary as there arent as many competitors. so you may get up to 1 minute 30. At the finals there will be loads more competitors and the ukbff go with the rules of ukbff and the ifbb which only allocates 1 minute to the posing routine round
