HAS ANYONE GOT A LIST OF THE FULL JUDGES PLACINGS FROM STH LAKES CLASSIC 2008.WE HAD 7 COMPETITORS FROM OUR GYM AND THE GUYS ARE INTERESTED TO SEE HOW THEY FARED ON THE SCORECARDS.

joe is coming to my house on monday, i will ask him for the juding sheets , i will watch the dvd l8tr has iam no good with names has for stevie , powerbeck are looking after him so i didnt want to step on toes of people who help competitors , has i now when my guys on the very rare ocassion listen to other people , but if steve wants to bell me he can at my gym anytime on 01946690055, if he comes in10lbs lighter for the britian he will take some beating , i

is the dvd done yet? wouldn't mind gettin a copy!! anyone know what the line up for novice is like at nabba north west? not bothering with first timers now

ha ha i wish i had your confidence, you never who's gonna turn up! you reckon i'm better doing novice instead of class 3 seeing as its only my first year? how do you think i'd fair in class 3?

stick to your game plan tommy ,start at the bottom of the ladder then climb very slowly , you have an awesome physique bro stick in

Tommy i would say you have a fantastic physique mate but i know more than most how your own confidence is not what everyone elses is, i am 1 week out from my qualifier and many are saying i am fine although my head does not agree

can i ask how you can do a Novice class if you won the Mr Class at the lakes??
