Ketosis

Hey guys i have competed a few times and never really got into any kind of great condition. being a stinky endomorph so this year i decided to try a ketosis diet for prep surprisingly i still get good pumps while working out and strength is not down. i taught i would be wrecked. My question is im competing 26th April should i carb up for the show or just keep going with the diet. When would i need to introduce carbs if i were to carb up. cheers.
