NABBA west who's going - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I am going along to the NABBA west show on 27th April. Just wondering who's going,competing etc.

I am there to see my first show and to see how it all happens.

Also a couple of members from the gym i train at going to compete so will be giving them a cheer also.

Its my bday but if i got nothing special planned i may make an appearance to show some support for a mate

I always go and for the last few years I have prepped Paul backstage.

However this year as he's staying fat I have the grace of actually being able to watch the show rather than listen to his moaning backstage although I'll probably end up listening to his moaning well he sits in his seat watching the show. Seeing as Paul has won it twice it will be interesting to see who wins it this year.

as i got dragged off home by my missis i did say that guy is massive! i did later found out it was you pscarb

well it will be good to go long and maybe meet a few from on here. Would like to shake Paul's hand for the top diet advice as never lost weight so quick!!
