i agree mate , at 19 u look awesome i think ure do very well in the show , and as for the legs, there not far behind and look pretty good .imo. welldone

Legs dont look too bad at all matey!! not a weakness imo.. cant see any weaknesses especially for a junior!!

thnx guys.

did a mingin leg session tonight.
including squats, sets of 8 on 1, 2, 3, 4, 4.5 plates.
then back down in a drop set. cud barely walk!

got a nice walk to work 2moz morning aswell before breakfast, good 5miles, then walk back after work str8 to the gym for chest and tri's.

Good set of pics and a cracking physique for a 19 year old, well done.

You should do v well in a junior contest and definately be a contender for 1st place. Keep dieting mate, the package is coming together nicely.

Just goes to show that some people really dont have a bloody clue what they are talking about.

Mate after seeing these pics - just keep doing what your doing....the last pics really didn't do you much justice - looking 10x better as posing is spot on too...

Is your brother helping you prep for this? How's his training going?

has said before i cant belive people want you to wait with a physique like that mate especially at 19 i was about 10stone at that age and blew away with the wind

yeh my bro is helping. and some1 called tim

who won intermediate uk comp last year.

i train on my own tho, i prefer it tht way. im pretty knowledgable about the training side of things anyway i think.

i chose these comps cos at my age now i cud compete for another 2 years as a junior wiv nabba cos u can compete at 21 i think.

im hoping to pack on a fair amount of weight in the next year too, get a bit of maturity in my muscles.

was gettin a bit doubtful bout the comps wen i posted those pics.
i dont wana totally block out the posibility of winning but at the same time im not gettin my hopes up.
as long as i look my best i will be happy!

Mate, you've got your head screwed on. Go there, give it your best - all you can do....even if you don't win this year, you've got experience and can go work on the weaker points, come back the following year and take that trophy

im still strong, which is nice not fading yet.

still getting stronger :lift:.

got 3 sets of 8 out on the 60kg dumbells on chest press.

and sets of 8 on 50s on shoulder press.

Look very good mate .. if you come in right I think you will do very well in your comp. Can't believe some people told you not to compete ... oh no I forgot .. it was wogihoa .. he knows loads about bb'ing .... NOT!!!
