Mate forget all the negative comments about leaving this year and doing next etc.. get up there this year u'll reap the benefits when u get a rebound after the diet..

Legs aint too bad everything will look alot better when more lbs come off

thnx m8, was gettin a bit down then!!

i thought i was doin ok for my age.

i knw my legs are weak..but i have put over 4 inches on my quads this year....they will carry on growin too, ill make sure of it.

No worries matey,

I think sometimes people forget the age.. you are 19.. i weighed about 12 stone then and looked nowhere near how u do now and i;m now 17stone.. so think nothing of it!

Yeah keep on it with the legs u get them big&everything will follow.. keep squating and lunging with the SLDL.. whats your diet like? AAS?

i was 16 1/2 stone b4 dieting

i do a minging leg routine.

squat. sets of 10. 1plates, 2 plates, 3 plates, 4 plates, 4 1/2 plates. then back down.

4 sets of leg press 10plates a side 15/20 reps.

lunges

extensions

curls.

they r growing.


diet at the mo.

1st meal: 40g oats(water) protein shake.

2nd meal: 30g rice 2 chicken breasts

3rd meal: 30g rice 2 chicken breasts

4th meal(pre training): 3 rice cakes

post training: protein shake

5th meal: 30g rice 2 chicken breasts boiled veg.

protein shake b4 bed.


doin tren and d-bol at the mo, only sarted last week tho, so just gunna kick soon.

LOL i guessed u took gear but that is your choice bro..

i will make a comment tho..

if you are gonna run tren add in some testosterone aswell! i suggest 75mg tren mon/wed/fri with 250mg of test enan/cyp/sust thrown in once a week aswell.. i'd ditch the dbol for winny in the last 3 weeks

Diet is very low on carbs matey!

1st meal: 40g oats(water) protein shake. 100g oats 50g whey handful of mixed nuts or 30g natural peanut butter

2nd meal: 30g rice 2 chicken breasts 60g rice

3rd meal: 30g rice 2 chicken breasts as above

4th meal(pre training): 3 rice cakes how about 1 banana and a small protien shake

post training: protein shake ok 50g whey with 50 g oats

5th meal: 30g rice 2 chicken breasts boiled veg.60g rice and also add in some fat again, fish oils peanut butter, nuts

protein shake b4 bed. have some eggs here mate 5 whites 2 whole

winstrall on the way already.
i do struggle wiv carbs, i really pack on weight wiv carbs and struggle to lose it, i gain weight really easy and fat..im a realy carb watcher
i was eating more like wot u rote in the 1st couple weeks, but nt getin the results, i got a fair way to go...think i will prob do a mix of the 2 diets and find a happy medium.

any more advice?

Looking good to me dude, and yeah the legs aren't quite matching the upper body yet but at your age and first comp, I wouldn't lose sleep over it - as Baz said, look forward to the re-bound...

Also...the comment about your delts over-powering your arms, that's a load of bollox - if anything they compliment the arms IMO

mate your legs arent weak from the front and side they look fine quite balanced, you have a fantastic physique for 19 years old, very well done mate and the best of luck in your comp

Scott...LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TELL YOU THIS AND IF THIS IS THE ONLY THING YOU TAKE IN FROM THIS THREAD, THATS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE **** COMING OUT OF SOME PEOPLES KEYBOARDS!

You look good for 19, you EASILY look on track to do well at a junior competition. You have some time to go before your first contest so try adding in cardio twice per day now (only 2x45 min brisk walks, nothing more strenuous) and then cut the cardio a week out. You can be ready in time and you can look good for a junior. At 19 you have a nicely balanced physique, your legs are NOT weak at all when compared to other 19 year old juniors and as long as you can get in the condition for the day then you should do well.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS, go for it!

Edit...another thing scott, just to recap on what db has told you regarding not taking dbol in the last 3 weeks, as he said, DEFINATELY DO NOT USE DBOL THE LAST 3 WEEKS! Infact come off all test/tren and any other oils in the last 10 days, just use 50mg winstrol inject every day and make sure you are on proviron for last 4 weeks until show. You can use diuretics but i wouldnt bother mate.
