Mbb newlad my journal

Hi lads ive decided to open a journal to keep a track on my performance and to gain any help and info that any of you kind lads will give me belive me i need the help ive read alot of material on here and other websites and it just makes my mind spin, I think ive got the main factors understood as im very very new to this scene please be patient.
Im 29 and weigh 12 stone im about 5ft 6 ive always been 9 stone until i stoped smoking four - five years ago, so this is me now abit chubby.

I need to turn this into a muscle built heavy bod, my goal is vin diesel style. Please any advice is always welcome cheers.

Hi well ive sort of worked out a diet i keep swaping thngs around dependant on what different people say for the last week ive been eating =

morning
Weetabix x 2 with small amount of sugar and skimmed milk.

afternoon snack
Beans on toast kingsmill 50/50 bread and flora light and a drink of skimmed milk.

lunch
Ham sandwich on brown and a drink of skunned.

dinner
jaquet patato and tuna no flora more milk and sandwich again ham on kingsmill 50/50.

snack
Jaquet patato with mushy pea's again milk.

supper
Sandwich again kingsmill 50/50 and milk.


Ive been doing some training at home crunch's, db's for bi's and working on tri's again with db's.
Next week starting monday im going to get into the gym to start heavy compound lifts i.e squats,dead lifts, bench as i hear this is the best way for begginers, not to sure on what sets or reps or weight as yet.
