PRE-CONTEST THE USE OF VIT C AND WATER

just reading throught del thread now and i noticed his vit c usage with water during his final wk of prep before his show
just wondering if anyone can explain the usage of this too me, whats it do/ benefits from doing it thanks

I think its to do with water retention / drying out

Vit c is very good for you as it blunt cortosil resease, maybe it has somat to do with that?

as you increase the vit c intake in the final week it acts as a mild diuretic.

in other words it should help dry you out.

other natural diuretics that may help in a certain intake sequence are....

uva ursi, dandelion root and vit b6. there maybe more, but i get good results sticking to these 4.
