All i can say is WAHOOOOOOOOO got a great pump. Chest: 2 sets of a cable crossovers(warm up) 3 sets of incline chest machine 3 sets of flat chest machine 3 sets of pec dec biceps: 3 sets of double bicep curls between the crossover 3 sets of bicep curls(e z bar) 3 sets of close grip curls(e z bar) no dumbell work as waiting for them to arrive! i have got mainly machines as i am training on my own. **** i have missed training

![]() ![]() | Re: Back to training after nearly a year of Hey Dred, I hurt my shoulder in July and have lifted nothing at all until Jan 3, getting well back into it now, but my strength and any size I had just dropped right off. I was running a lot though, 1/2 marathon and all that. I know where you are coming from, that buzz after getting back into it is top quality! |
