Back to training after nearly a year of

Monday 28th first day back training after a year of just trained chest and biceps.
All i can say is WAHOOOOOOOOO got a great pump.

Chest:
2 sets of a cable crossovers(warm up)
3 sets of incline chest machine
3 sets of flat chest machine
3 sets of pec dec

biceps:
3 sets of double bicep curls between the crossover
3 sets of bicep curls(e z bar)
3 sets of close grip curls(e z bar)

no dumbell work as waiting for them to arrive!
i have got mainly machines as i am training on my own.

**** i have missed training

Have you lost much strength Dred ?
I had 2 months off (Nov-Dec) for various reasons and I was quite surprised just how much strength I lost in such a short time.

yes mate i have lost a lot of strength,still got loads of aggression though.
i got a good feeling it will come back quick and hopfully muscle memory will kick in(WHATEVER THAT IS).

Hey Dred, I hurt my shoulder in July and have lifted nothing at all until Jan 3, getting well back into it now, but my strength and any size I had just dropped right off. I was running a lot though, 1/2 marathon and all that. I know where you are coming from, that buzz after getting back into it is top quality!

it'll come back dred i had 2 yrs off after a cracked spine in a rta and its hard starting back but once you start to notice a change there will be no stopping you

Tuesday 29th jan

Legs:
leg extentions:2x warm up
3x 15,12,10

leg press machine: 10x10(30 seconds to a min between each set)

leg curls:3x 15,12,10

standing calf raises:3x15

and topped of with cramp in the hams
