| Re: BNBF Comp dates i used to train there pre- scottish and prolab. only early mornings, as you say very busy. not always the best when trying to train hard. must admit well equiped in terms of weights. you should try ardler gym. very spit and sawdust = old school. always the same faces and has all you need to get a good workout in. a few guys there compete in the assisted ranks and do well. all nabba guys. apart from me the sole natural of dundee. no memberships, just £3 on the door. so can work out a tad more expensive. worth a try, jimmy!
