Re: I died a million deaths to get here...

i trained shoulders, calves and forearms today. did:

(1) half clean & press (2) db press (3) side raises (4) front raises (5) rear delt raises (6) barbell shrugs

(*) toe press (*) db forearm curl

I kept it simple. About 3 sets & 6-10 reps. I usually train by instincts
These are a few shots i took after training. The poses are all relaxed, no flexing. I will be posting pics once or twice a week to follow my progress.

bodyweight was 205lbs today which is up by 3 pounds... started eating consistently so expect to hit 220lbs again in 2weeks.

Hi Abobo, I competed at the Portsmouth show too and can remember watching your class and remember you too, which I have to say was an excellent line up. You looked really good up there and was really impressed with your size and shape. Infact I sat just behind your mentor who was giving you loads of support. Keep up the good work bud I think your gonna be a monster in the next 2 yrs!!

Re: I died a million deaths to get here...

The body weight seems to be flying on as expected... i weighed 207.8lbs today. Its never a problem for me to put on weigh . the issue is trying to maintain the weight.. cos i could lose weight as fast as i put it on.. but this is 2008 & i expect to be more consistent.

Trained legs today.. Was a good workout overall.. I did Squats for 7sets, then front squats, bodyweight squats, stiff deadlift & some leg curls. Then finished off with some calves. I was impressed with todays session.

I will take some pictures next week. And expecting to weigh about 210lbs. Arms tomorrow then 1 or 2 days of rest depending on how i feel.

it will be difficult to put up my diet because in the offseason i eat pretty much everything & anything.. I usually try to get in 6 meals +

Re: I died a million deaths to get here...

Thanks for the input.
I will stay more consistent with my journal.

I now weigh 220lbs stil lean. Thats 18lbs heavier than last post.
Its 3weeks till the UKBFF portsmouth. My goal was to be 240lbs by the show but i dont think i will reach that target. I am pushing for 225-230lbs in 3weeks.

My training is very consistent & i have seen some great gains.
Food is unstructured for the offseason & i am starting to get it consistent. So hoping for some serious gains.

At 6ft tall. I really need to fill out my frame. so my aim this offseason is put on mass while focusing on the limbs.. arms, forearms, legs & calves.

I will post some pictures on Friday.

My next show will be 2009 Portsmouth UKBFF. Men over 90/ I will be 22yrs old on stage.
