evening gents - competition diet ?

i have spoken to a few people re entering a figure comp and the general consensus is to follow a comp diet and see what sort of shape i can get into - sort of like a test run
My question is what do you eat when you are on a comp diet and how strict are you ! Be honest please

Re: evening gents - competition diet ?

the foods i eat are...
Chicken
Turkey
Fillet Steak
Salmon
Tuna
Cottage cheese
Rice (brown and white)
Sweet spuds
Oats
Whey protein
Green veg
that is pretty much it i think...

as for how strict to be successful as a competing athlete you cannot be anything other than very strict, i do not eat anything that is not on my daily food schedule no matter what it is...
