Re: to all pro,s and competers

Sorry dont know my BF but its low.

I try to stay at about 12% off season (thats abs showing)

Last diet I dropped 4kg total to get ready for the British

This time I will drop a little more as Im 98kg at the moment and expect to be 102-103 when I start dieting in June.

I could have dropped more fat at the British and come in at 85 so that means I can come in just under 90kg this year.

Re: to all pro,s and competers

I wont be posting ANY journals of my comp prep.

Although they are well read I found before that it did sort of create a rift in the board and also put a lot of pressure on myself in an already stressful time.

I will be doing a off season journal starting mid feb because Im going to be using a new compound that hasnt been documented before on any other journals Ive seen so for info only I'll be keeping a log.

As for showtime, Im up against some really good guys this year and I'd much prefer to just diet and turn up at the shows. I'll be qualifying at the Gravesend and then the British.

Re: to all pro,s and competers

i dont use bf either. I just use the scales and how i look in the mirror. If your not that far away condition wise, then you will notice little changes more. Personally i lose on average about 7-9kg and about 0.5kg per week. Good luck with the prep Tom and hopefully il see you again at the British!
