We have finally decided the classes for next year's Mr Titan Bodybuilding Spectacular at the London Hackney Empire on Sunday 6th July. As ever they are unusual and, hopefully, entertaining.
For guys:
Mr Titan (under 190lbs)
Mr Titan (over 190lbs)
First Timers (MUST be first ever show)
Juniors (under 21)
Teenage (under 18)
Seniors (over 40)
Mr Body Fitness (where athletic/gymnastic elements can be displayed)
Best Physique, Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer
Best Physique, Police Officer/Firefighter
[Posedown between ALL male class winners for Overall Mr Titan title. You may enter up to two classes, including Couples]
For dolls:
Miss Figure
Novice Miss Figure (must not have placed in top 3 of any previous contest)
For guys & dolls:
Couples/Pairs contest
As ever at a LAMPS bodybuidling event, the judging will comprise only line-ups, compulsories and comparisons. At the evening show, you are invited to 'let rip' and may use props, costumes and (if we are given advance warning) personalised lighting and special effects. Entry forms and Notes for Information will be available in December. The guest star will be Libyan bodybuilding champion Husam Isawi (by arrangement with Muscleweb). More details of him later.
