Its quiet and got enough stuff to keep me ticking over for my stay. My family live around Haverfordwest and farm around there. J

![]() | Re: James Llewellin's 'Arnold Classic' preparation thread so i take it you holiday in my area regulary mate, if you`d be so kind could you give your opinions on my current diet with me hoping to gain lean muscle i am 5ft 3" and 70 kgs train 4 days per week heavy duty style,meal 1:80g oats 2 scoops pro powder,meal 2:2 pittas 50g carbs 1 tin tuna,1 banana:meal 3:pasta 80g pre cooking 180g chicken breast,meal 4 meal replacemant shake 4 rice cakes, handful almonds,post workout pro recover,meal 5 baked pot 220g weight,chicken breast 200g,mixed veg,meal 6:oats 60g 2 scoops protein! if you could give me any ideas onhow to improve it would be appreciated us short ****s need to stick 2gether hah hah, thanks anyway kev! |
