Gravesend UKBFF - on, off or unknown?
Nothing on the UKBFF website to suggest it's off, despite the rumours that it *may* be cancelled.

Does anyone know anything more about it, or when a judgement call will be made, or even why it's allegedly in jeopardy?

James said in his thread he thinks it will be off, I have heard the same.

The promoter is the problem I think, some legal issues.

Steve Avery was detained the other day by the law.....no one has seen him since that I know of. heard it was deep sh!t.

Hi Guys,

The Gravesend show is now officially off.

Mike who is the Co promoter has confirmed this.

As far as ticket refunds go I guess you will have to ring the box office.

Next year I know that it will be promoted by Mike and another person in very good standing, so I am sure it will be back to full strength then.

The next qualifier is the East of England show at the YMCA in Leicester on sunday 2/9/07.

You can register and join on the day and my guess is that this will be a well attended show so get your tickets early.

I will be doing this show (light heavies) and my good friend Eddie Gray will be doing the heavies so come along and give us some support!!!!
