With a weight loss induction you would use PHS (post hypno sugestion) to help people overcome cravings by diverting the thoughts elsewhere if you had a craving. Would be just the same for a competition diet. Remember you can only do what a person wants to do, if that person REALLY wants a chocolate bar then no ammount of suggestion will prevent that.
