The pre-wedding nerves are just setting in this morning - especially as it;s going to snow and the registrar has to travel about 40 miles.
Still, if needs be, I'll go and collect her on a snow-ski.
Just need to find one first.

Just took some more update photos for ninepack to check out and I take back the comment that size and shape hasn't really changed. I've put on fat and my back conditioning has disappeared.

Just about to do a bit of cardio now, then collect the suits, check the flowers will be there on time, plus the cake, DJ etc.

Must remember the rings, too.

Catch you all next week sometime. I need to sit on the loo. :confused:

What can I say? My wife Paula & me had a wonderful day & felt honoured to be part of such a special occasion. We were made to feel so welcome by your family & you have a cracking set of friends who provided no end of entertainment & laughs throughout the day & into the evening. The new Mrs 'Rightyho' looked absolutely stunning too , you are one very lucky man & I wish you all the best for the future.

I do feel a little delicate today but as I didn't really drink that much (I'll admit to a couple of glasses here & there & then we'll say no more on the subject ), I think it's the long drive, and sudden influx of very rich food I had yesterday, and again this morning at the hotel breakfast. You looked slightly less radiant than normal this morning too. Not surprising since people were plying you with drinks till the small hours.

Well, that was the best day of my life, made all the better by family and so many good friends making it to the wedding.

Have to say, Sunday and Monday were a write-off - I don't think I've ever gotten so drunk before as whisky and brandy was plied down me for somewhere around 14 hours after the wedding.

Still, managed to make it down to brekkie the next morning in the hotel and consume a full English - something I've not had for probably five years.

Just watched the unedited video and it's cringeworthy in places - well, every time I had to walk basically because it looks like I'm recovering from a piles operation or something every time I move.

The reason? The wedding suit hire shop managed to send me size 6 shoes instead of 9.

I ended up cramming my feet into a pair of size sevens meant for another suit hiree, which made me walk like I had hooves instead of feet.

Many thanks to Paul and Paula for making a long round trip to attend (I guess you know what I mean by "characters" in the gym now, mate?)

No comment on the alcohol and cake useage.

Back on track with nutrition as of yesterday morning and sailing full steam ahead toward the shows in September.

Trained back yesterday, nailed it to death in 5 sets and have the sorest lats and forearms ever this morning.

The hotel staff and manager were well clued-up so there was no need to run around looking for the registrar, cake, DJ etc.

I just chilled and got badly steaming.

I have got Betta Bodies penned in on my "places to train" list and should be up in Manchester again quite soon seeing the physio.
