Personally, I'm just watching to see Heath Herring fight. He is one intense fighter. Check it out.

P.S. Don't miss UFC 67 on Saturday, February 3rd. Debut of Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, but more importantly, of Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic. I can't wait to see Eddie Sanchez take a LHK to the head from Cro Cop. If there's gonna be a death in MMA, this might be it.

They repeat old bouts throughout the week on Bravo channel 123&4. We also get the up-to-date bouts the day after they actually happen on the aforementioned channels.

So the next UFC is happening on Sat 3rd Feb, probably Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas aired live in the US. On Sun 4th, we'll get it on Bravo 123 mate.

Very much looking forward to seeing Cro-cop and Rampage Jackson for the first time. I've heard a lot about these two.... Brutal!!!!!!

Check out Cro Cop's highlights on youtube. They are insane. Eddie Sanchez is gonna eat a LHK to the head on February 3rd. If you guys thought Rashad vs. Salmon was brutal, just wait till you see this.

And yeah, I saw Heath on UFC Fight Night Live. Terrible performance. He really needs to work on his takedown defence. Apparently, he had a torn MCL going into the fight, but he didn't want to make any excuses directly after the fight. But still, I expected more from Heath.

He'll be back though. He signed a multi-fight contract. Expect to see a much better performance next time from Heath.
