hey all, was hoping people could let me know of what shows are going on this year in the UK. Im based in the north east but dont mind travelling for bigger shows like NABBA britain and universe and NOC or the grand prix and im sure other people would be happy to know of any others.

also where's the best place to look for info cnp? or any others?

The British NOC is planned for 14th October at the Hackney Empire, London.

There are lots of shows in London, not least the NABBA and UKBFF South Easts and the show which I produce, namely the Mr Titan Bodybuilding Spectacular at the Hackney Empire Theatre on 29th April. There is a comprehensive show guide in The Beef magazine, or go to 'www.alexmac.biz' on the net - many shows are listed there. The Titan is an independent show, not aligned to any organisation.
