![]() | Hey all, advice needed... Hi all, I'd like to introduce myself, new to these boards, used to fool around with the fools on bodybuilding.com forums ![]() I really wanna if I will have a chance of competing, and placing well at a natural show in about 2-3 years. I am 16, 5"9 and 195lbs, I plan on doing the BNBF Welsh in a few years and just wondered wether you all think I would do ok and not just get blown out, thanks, some recent pics enclosed too. |

| Middleweights...You bloody sure? | Lintford, Welcome to ukmuscle. Firstly you are still only 16 so your body will change a huge amount in the next few years anyway, even without training. You seem to have a good structure but I cant see your legs (funny how people always hide them). You are probably carrying around 17-20% BF looking at you but dont worry as a lot of this is just 'puppy' fat and will hopefully reduce as you reach your late teens. You really need to post your diet up so I can see if you are eating the right things and at the right times. Remember that your body is still growing and has an enormous amount of natural anabolics floating round your system. Dont diet hard now your body needs food at this stage. I think its sensible that you have decided to wait a few years. Have some fun cos time goes really quick when you follow a BBing lifestyle and compete. Its good also that you are going down the natural route, if i had my time again I would steer away from anabolics for sure. Good luck and keep us all posted James
